Restaurateur Chef Joseph Keller’s award-winning Bistro Zinc reopened Wednesday, August 15th, 2007 . The little lakeside bistro with the big Parisian taste, served a full house of loyal customers and Zinc-initiates. “All along this whole journey, our customers were calling and emailing, telling us they can’t wait to get back. I set a timeline for our re-opening,” Chef Keller said. “We made it and Bistro-Zinc has been restored to its former glory.”

Lunch: Tuesday - Saturday: 11:30am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Live Jazz Brunch 11:00am - 3:00pm
(featuring New Orleans Cuisine & Live Jazz)
Dinner: Monday - Thursday: 5:30pm - 10:00pm
Friday - Saturday: 5:30pm - Midnight
Sunday - 5:30pm to 10:00pm

DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT:
- Take I-215 East toward Henderson
- I-215 will turn into and become Lake Mead Parkway
- Stay on Lake Mead Parkway (approx. 9 – 10 miles)
- Watch on left-hand side for entrance to Lake Las Vegas Resort
- Turn left into Lake Las Vegas
- At the second traffic circle, turn right into MonteLago Village Resort
- The entrance to our resort is just past Casino MonteLago on the left

PARKING: is available in the parking garage or you can Valet Park in front of the Montelago Casino.
