The Bistro Zinc Story

Renowned restaurateur Chef Joseph Keller welcomes you to his latest dining concept, Bistro Zinc. A cornerstone of Monte Lago Village at Lake Las Vegas, this restaurant with a prime location overlooking the lake, has a warm and friendly typical French bistro ambience where patrons can dine at a leisurely pace and experience the aromas and tastes of American cuisine with French influences.

Zinc offers brunch, lunch (Wed - Sun), dinner and late-night menus. Reservations can be made online or by telephone between the hours of 5:30 pm and 9:00 pm. Along with our Oyster Bar we feature the freshest of ingredients and have Daily Specials. Our menu features fresh seafood creations like Jumbo Lump Crab & Asparagus Au Gratin and Crispy Skin Black Bass. Our seafood is flown in daily. Our signature dishes include, Beef Bourguignone, Chicken Pot Pie, Café Crepes, Po Boys, European-style Pizzas, Seasonal Salads and many more creations from Keller's kitchen.

The restaurant's location makes it not only ideal for dining, but also for enjoying wonderful music and entertainment. During the Spring, Summer and Fall every Friday night the village presents Jazz on the Lake right outside our front door with perfect diring, viewing and listening right from our patio. On Saturdays there are concerts on the lake including Blues, Rock, Folk and much more.On Sundays we offer a live Jazz Bruch. If dining inside during a concert you wont miss a thing. You can enjoy our live feed of the show displayed on our 5 HDTV's.

We want your dining experience at Bistro Zinc to be authentic, unique and special and we have focused on the little things to make this happen. Our floor was handmade in France by a company that has been making bistro floors for over 200 years. We use a reverse osmosis system to treat our water so that our tap water is as clean as bottled water. Therefore you are not only drinking the best water, but the coffees, teas and vegetables are all prepared with only the best. And best of all some of our vegetables and herbs that are served in our dishes come right from our Chef's garden on the side of the restaurant.
